Downtown Market Findings Event a Success!
On January 13th, over 300 individuals attended Downtown Market Findings: Discoveries. We hope you enjoyed the event as much as we did. On our website, we have placed copies of the Goody Clancy presentations on the hotel, housing, office, and retail markets, as well as Downtown's walkability. Please take this opportunity to download these presentations. In addition, a summary of the results from the survey can be found here, which also includes two articles from the Wichita Eagle. We hope to see you at the next great event!


Announcing the 2010 Annual Lecture!
Join us February 25th at the Wichita Scottish Rite for an evening with Mr. Jim Cloar. Mr. Cloar is noted for his work in the cities of Tampa, Florida - sports arena development; Dallas, Texas - Arts District Development; and St. Louis, Missouri - downtown residential and retail. The lecture will focus on how to take a master plan from the vision to implementation. Opening reception will start at 5:30 p.m., lecture will follow at 6:30 p.m. At the conclusion of the lecture there will be a question and answer session with Mr. Cloar and the Goody Clancy team.

Then, join us on Saturday, February 27th, from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Wichita Art Museum for the Downtown Master Plan Charrette. This is the cornerstone event that will provide key visioning for the new downtown master plan.
