The Wichita Community Foundation has retained the services of the Wichita State University Center for Community Support and Research (CCSR) to assist in their planning process. One of the initial stages of this process is to obtain your input on how the Foundation is perceived in the community. Below is a link to an electronic questionnaire that will take about 5-7 minutes to complete. The input you provide is anonymous and confidential.
